Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The notification will provide tracking information.

Once an item has been shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it will arrive, when it gets marked as delivered, we cannot locate your package if it goes missing, etc. If your package is missing please file a claim with your local post office as there is nothing we can do on our end.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders of $75+USD receive free shipping within the continental US.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JoJo Makes is not responsible for these charges if they are incurred.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a USPS tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please note that occasionally packages are marked as delivered by the post office a few days before they actually arrive. If you get a Delivered notification and your order has not arrived please allow up to 5 business days for it to show up. If it still has not arrived please contact your local USPS office for more information. They may be holding the package for an undisclosed reason.
